  • AYE 2014 Awards

    Pictures from the Second Annual African Youth Excellence Awards. The Awards was held in Worcester, Massachusetts at the Coral Seafood Banquet Hall. The Awards ceremony recognized and awarded 9 Youth Africans Pursuing Excellence. Recipients of the 2014 Awards were inducted into the AYE Fellowship Program. The Awards attracted prominent figures like, President and CEO of Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce and Former Lieutenant Governor of Massachusetts Timothy P. Murray, the Mayor of Worcester Joseph Petty, State Representative Daniel Donahue, City Councilor, Sarai Rivera, and other prominent professional individuals.


  • AYE Company Launch

    On May 10th, 2014, AYE introduced itself and made a commitment to the city of Worcester and beyond to empower and hone the talents of Young Africans in our community and elsewhere.

    Collaboration between African Youth Excellence and Face2Face Africa to launch the latter’s Premier Pan African Magazine in Worcester, Massachusetts on April 19th, 2013.

On Saturday August 8th, 2015, the streets of Worcester MA, bustled with sounds of Jubilation as the 3rd Annual African Youth Excellence Awards commenced at “The Urban” restaurant. Many came together to commemorate the exceptional efforts of AYE Pursuers; men and women from all over the country who are striving to accomplish an extraordinary project that highlights Africa in a positive way and have constructed initiatives to enhance the quality of life of their peers both abroad and in Africa.Highlights of the evening comprise a Keynote address by Ms. Atti Worku, where she adamantly motivated attendees do more for their communities. She emphasized on the notion that one didn’t need to be a multi millionaire to have a multi million-dollar organization, and ordinary people can indeed make extraordinary differences. Read more...
